What counts as a service?

One repository you track. A service has its own environments, its own deployment history and its own row on the grid. Two repositories are two services, however small either of them is.

Do you charge per user?

No. Invite your whole team on any plan, including Free. The thing that costs money is how many services you track, because that is what Envgrid actually does work for.

What happens if I go over the limit?

You cannot add a service beyond your plan’s limit — Envgrid says so at the point you try, rather than adding it and billing you for it later.

And if I move to a smaller plan?

Services beyond the new limit are archived, never deleted. An archived service keeps its entire deployment history and returns exactly as it was when you have room again. Which ones are archived follows the order you set in Settings.

Can I cancel?

At any time, from Settings → Billing. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after it. There is no minimum term.

What about refunds?

A full refund within 14 days of your first payment, for any reason. The refund policy has the detail.

All prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. The tax applicable where you are is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payments and invoicing are handled by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record — their name appears on your statement and your receipt comes from them.
